Constructed of cotton, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered brown threaded Tyr rune overlaid by a mobile swastika, circumscribed by an inscription of FR LEISTUNGEN IN DER H. J. (FOR PROFICIENCY IN THE HJ), inside of a diamond border, unmarked, measuring 67 mm (w) x 95 mm (h), in very fine condition.
