The fruit was hand harvested and made in small fermenters at their winery. The wine underwent 19 month levage in barrel (55% new French oak). Blend: 91% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Cabernet Franc, 3% Merlot, 2% Malbec TASTING NOTES: This is the winerys debut release, a blend of 91%
