Château Peyros 'Greenwich 43N' Madiran, 2016 craft distillery The fruit is direct-pressed inThis wine is made from 90% Tannat and 10% Cabernet Franc. The Madiran vineyard is located in Haut Barn, more precisely in the heart of the Vic Bilh region, meaning "Old Country" in old French. Shaped by the Pyrenean moraines, the Madiran is a series of valleys oriented from South to North. Its multiple hillsides face east or west. This is best with beef stew or cassoulet.
