the cutter is a pretty blue color with a safety cap in silvertone

The ceramic plate measures approximately 8 1 8" in diameter. The picture plate is in very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Graphic has a spot just about the word, Greetings, seems to be a manufacturing flaw. Reverse has a hanging string. Made in Japan, for decorative purposes only.
