A Werkschutz Factory Guard Arm Insignia consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac many of which were legally-defined(Werkschutz rmelabzeichen). Constructed of dark grey wool twill, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered silver aluminum wire and silver grey threaded Werkschutz insignia, within an oval silver aluminum wire border, unmarked, measuring 75 mm (w) x 85 mm (h), with age appropriate material fatigue evident, in overall very fine condition.
