The baby size is perfect for sleeping for a baby up to about 3 years old (so yes, it lasts a long time). After that, it can still be used for stroller rides, in the car, or on the couch. (My 3 year old son now uses the "medium" size in his bed for sleeping but still takes the baby size for outings) Dimension: 75cm x 100cm
