The drawers appear to be constructed from recycled crating material originating from sometime in the 1920s based on the typeface used

perhaps the Greek god Pan

Vintage Resistol Mercantile Display manufacturing The sides of this displayc. 1970s Resistol branded bolo tie mercantile rack, Garland, TX. This item features a steel Resistol cowboy hat (with brass vanity plaque) to accentuate the western style most associated with bolo ties.
