A circular medal constructed of silver, the obverse bears a beehive with three bees around it, with FUR LANGJAHRIGE TREUE DIENSTE VOM BAYERISCHEN INDUSTRIELLEN VERBAND (FOR MANY YEARS LOYAL SERVICE FROM THE BAVARIAN INDUSTRIAL ASSOCIATION) encompassed by a laurel wreath, the obverse bears a man sitting to the left holding a hammer and a woman standing at the right holding greenery,
