The vines are 80 years old and located at an altitude of 65 to 75 metres above sea level on a south facing slope. This uses free run juice from the first pressing, resulting in a yield of 31 hectolitres per hectare. 2019 was a year with a dry spring and a relatively cool summer. The grapes ripened very gradually and were healthy
